Required Skills: •As a Microsoft AI Platform Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for Capital Group's enterprise artificial intelligence capabilities. •Partner closely with business-facing Product Managers who directly engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and translate priorities into actionable technology outcomes that deliver measurable value. •Serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, working across engineering, architecture, security, legal, risk, and product teams to ensure AI investments align with enterprise objectives. •Help define and prioritize roadmaps for solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem while supporting the firm's broader AI strategy across emerging technologies and platforms. •Partner with Engineering Managers and technical leads to balance business demand, platform capabilities, technical constraints, and enterprise priorities. •Work alongside teams building AI agents and automation capabilities to identify friction points, understand adoption challenges, and drive solutions that accelerate value realization across the organization. •Ensuring stakeholders have visibility into priorities, dependencies, and outcomes while maintaining alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives.
