Qualifications: •Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Strong programming skills in Python. •Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. •Applied hands-on capability in Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. •Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation. •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts. •Fine-tuning open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Qwen, Mistral, DeepSeek). •Operational familiarity with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI. •Knowledge of distributed training and GPU optimization. •Operational familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
