Hiring: AI-Enabled Compliance and Records Systems Specialist Company: Communication Technology Services (CTS) Location: Marlborough, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 11:52:39 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : EMR, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •AI, Automation and Systems Optimization •Support development and maintenance of an AI-enhanced tracking and records system. •Use AI tools to identify missing records, flag upcoming expirations, summarize information, improve record control, and support compliance follow-up. •Build and support systems that help CTS manage training, certification, equipment, tool, calibration, safety, compliance, prequalification, and equipment manual records. •Develop consistent document naming, filing, indexing, version control, retention, and archive practices. •Safety and Compliance Support •Support CTS’s national DAS, ERRCS, wireless infrastructure, and life safety communications operations. •Actively facilitate and support Safety/HR Team with compliance tracking, audit preparation, client requests, and safety documentation.
