They can translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions while collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •The AI & Digital Tools Integrator will •Serve as the STARCOM/S1 technical lead for AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance human capital and administrative operations •Act as the primary liaison between STARCOM/S1 and the STARCOM Chief Data and AI Office to ensure alignment with enterprise AI, data, and digital modernization strategies •Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement government-approved AI and digital technologies that improve operational efficiency and mission effectiveness •Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom applications, automated workflows, and web-based solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint •Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality •Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable workforce insights and support executive decision-making Qualifications: •Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen.
