Required Skills: •The AI Data Analyst & Project Manager supports CAIO's enterprise AI measurement, program management, and operational activities. The position will serve as a flexible resource supporting CAIO leadership and initiative leads across data, project management, reporting, and other priority AI functions. •Collect, organize, analyze, and validate data from multiple AI programs, products, platforms, and initiatives across VA. •Develop and maintain standardized metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI adoption, utilization, performance, outcomes, and organizational impact. •Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations that provide leadership with visibility into AI initiatives and performance. •Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas requiring leadership attention. •Partner with initiative owners to establish consistent metric definitions, reporting standards, methodologies, and data-collection processes. •Evaluate data quality and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or limitations affecting reporting and decision-making. •Translate complex data and technical findings into clear insights and recommendations for executive and non-technical audiences.
