Required Skills: •Acentra Health is looking for a AI Business Partner, Mid to join our growing team. •Partner with HealthTech Systems stakeholders to identify and document AI opportunities across provider, claims, and related software and service workflows. •Support discovery conversations and working sessions focused on workflow automation, decision support, knowledge retrieval, document intelligence, and user assistance. •Translate business needs, pain points, and operational goals into use case summaries, requirements, business value hypotheses, and initial solution concepts. •Coordinate with business stakeholders, product teams, transformation partners, change management, data teams, and AI engineering resources to support alignment and follow-through. •Assist with evaluating feasibility, value, risk, data readiness, workflow impact, and adoption considerations for proposed AI initiatives. •Prepare intake materials, business case inputs, prioritization documentation, status updates, and presentations for review by senior team members and business leaders. •Maintain project and opportunity tracking, capture stakeholder feedback, monitor adoption themes, and document anticipated or realized business impact. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. •Solid functional working knowledge of healthcare administration workflows, such as provider systems, claims platforms, utilization management, care management, or payer/provider service operations. •Working understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging technology concepts, with the ability to communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences. •Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple assignments, follow established processes, work with moderate independence, and escalate risks or decisions when appropriate. •Demonstrated capacity to balance innovation with practical considerations such as feasibility, adoption, change impact, compliance, data sensitivity, and responsible AI use. •Operational familiarity with claims processing, provider data, provider portals, prior authorization, interoperability, or healthcare platform modernization. •Operational familiarity with agile delivery methods, project tracking tools, or process-mapping techniques.
