Required Skills: •Odyssey is seeking an Agile Systems Engineer II with a national space enterprise and ground systems engineering background to work with our clients in supporting the future ground architecture. The selected candidate will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) services to support the NRO on-site in Chantilly, VA. •Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects •Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities •Will engage with the national and tactical communities to collaboratively design, document, validate, and deliver architectures, systems and innovative ground capabilities in support of the national space architecture •Will research, gather and write formal requirements, translate those requirements into user stories and statements of work •Will provide schedule, requirements, configuration, and risk management support; and validation, verification, and test support •Will support Agile-based program management and implementation of a model-Base Systems Engineering approach •Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, CDRs, PDRs, and PMRs Qualifications: •Citizenship: Must be a US citizen •Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph •Master’s degree in a BSTEM field. •Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE. •Bachelor's degree and 3 years OR Master's degree and 1 year OR Associate and 3 years OR High School/GED Diploma and 6 years.
