Required Skills: •Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile software development teams. •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. •Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. •Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog and facilitate backlog refinement sessions that prepare work for upcoming sprints. •Collaborate closely with the Technical Program Manager to align sprint execution with program milestones, release schedules, and delivery objectives. •Interface directly with the Engineering Lead to identify technical dependencies, remove delivery impediments, and improve team effectiveness. •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between software engineering, UX/UI, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, platform engineering, and forward deployed engineering teams. •Identify, track, and help remove organizational and technical impediments that impact team velocity, quality, or predictability. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. •Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban to deliver enterprise software products. •In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Lean principles, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and DevSecOps concepts. •Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional technical teams. •Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to navigate ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-paced, mission-focused environments. •Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
