Required Skills: •Collaborates with Agile teams, product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to support definition and prioritization of product features and requirements. •Translates business requirements into clear user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery. •Supports Agile ceremonies and delivery processes (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution. •Assists in documenting workflows, data processes, and system requirements to support delivery and product understanding. •Conducts data analysis to validate requirements, identify gaps, and support business and product decision-making. •Supports data product lifecycle activities from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing optimization. •Partners with technical teams to support data integration, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business needs. •Monitors product usage and gathers feedback to support continuous improvement and enhancement of solutions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree required •In-depth knowledge of data systems, data flows, data architecture, cloud platforms (such as Azure). •Operational familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., ETL, ELT) and data storage systems (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes). •Proficient in SQL and data query languages for data analysis. •Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and reporting solutions. •Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. •Demonstrated capacity to work with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions. •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail. •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
