The Agency Admin Support maintains licensing documentation for internal agency licenses. •Include the following. Other duties assigned as needed. •Maintain and update agency and producer database. •Maintain agency contract files. •Complete new agent appointments and acquisitions. •Process and renew external agent appointments for HCI. •Manage agency E&O renewals/updates. •Manage producer and entity licensing for all active agencies. Determine the need for non-resident licenses and appointments.
