Hiring: Aerospace Algorithms Engineer Company: MORSE Corp Location: Cambridge, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 10:34:45 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Python About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience Required Skills: •Develop and own algorithms throughout their lifecycle, including conception, development, documentation, deployment, and testing. •Process and analyze raw data •Simulate and validate algorithmic performance using dynamic systems. •Present technical work through white papers, analysis test reports, and oral presentations. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of algorithms into software solutions. Qualifications: •Proficiency in the ambition to own mission planning algorithms for their entire lifecycle: conception of the solution, development, documentation, deployment in software, and testing. Most importantly, the candidate must be passionate about developing solutions that are fieldable! •US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. •MS or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Physics or other relevant field •Proficiency in Python algorithm and software development practices. •Strong background in physics, math, and statistics. •Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year.
