Hiring: Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis - Navista Company: Cardinal Health Location: Dublin, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:24:30 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Financial Planning, Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •4+ years of experience, preferred Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with the manager in operating as the FP&A function for the Navista (Oncology MSO) business unit, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on financial performance, planning, and decision-making •Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of standardized reporting and consolidation tools for actuals, budgets, and forecasts •Partner with manager and business partners to drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business unit strategies •Deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting and performance analysis to enable data-driven decisions that support business growth and profitability •Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, finance teams, and operational stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and optimize financial outcomes •Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial results and reporting •Support ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive presentations as needed Qualifications: •Oncology experience, highly preferred, or fee-for-service healthcare, preferred •Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, preference with other data-modeling tools/abilities •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels •Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously •If local to Dublin, OH, candidate will be required to come into the Dublin, OH office 1-2 days per week with remote work the other days. Otherwise, fully remote.
