Required Skills: •Strategic Competitive Intelligence Framework Development: Design and lead a world-class competitive intelligence framework, establishing standardized processes for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating insights aligned with Elanco's strategic pillars. •Cross-Functional Intelligence Gathering: Serve as a central intelligence hub, building partnerships with field teams and technical experts across R&D, Marketing, and Commercial teams to gather expert insights, aggregate data and track competitor pipelines. •Automation and Process Excellence: Develop and manage an automated technology stack, leveraging AI-driven tools to efficiently collect and synthesize large volumes of information from sources like news, patent filings, and financial reports. •In-Depth Analysis and Synthesis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to distill complex market shifts, competitor activities, and emerging trends into actionable "so-what" implications for Elanco’s 2030 strategy. •Executive Reporting and Advisory: Prepare and deliver regular, data-driven updates and strategic recommendations to Senior Management and the Executive Committee to inform high-stakes decision-making. •Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to connect disparate data points into a cohesive strategic narrative. •Operational familiarity with AI/LLM applications for research and synthesis. •Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
