Hiring: Advertising Optimization Specialist Company: Spectrum Reach Location: Dallas, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:32:05 Target Skills & Keywords : Google Analytics, Linear About the job Experience: •1+ years’ of overall work experience, ideally in an office setting Required Skills: •Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience •Accurately produce high quality advertising schedules in a timely manner •Process verifications including importing, force matching, spot dropping and appropriate reporting •Engage with automation systems to support workflows •Review campaigns to ensure that all necessary paperwork is submitted for cross functional teams. •Work cross functionally to ensure correct fulfillment of client campaigns. •Manage campaigns effectively, revise and review inventory appropriately. •Lead and oversee makegoods for all accounts. Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with Sales Executives and other cross functional support departments. •Need to be able to adapt to change quickly, as well as be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines. •Strong data entry skills and attention to detail •Knowledge of research databases such as Nielsen, Scarborough, MRI, Kantar, BIA/Kelsey, eMarketer, and comScore. •Demonstrated capacity to pull and analyze advanced campaign metric reporting utilizing internal and external tools.
