Strong preference for transplant, critical care, or surgical inpatient experience. Required Skills: •Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW) seeks an experienced NP or PA to serve as APP Manager – Transplant Surgery •Lead and develop a high‑performing APP team in a nationally recognized transplant program. •Provide care in high‑acuity settings including TICU and multidisciplinary teams. •Oversee APP recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance. •Foster engagement, retention, and professional growth. •Mentor APPs in transplant‑specific competencies. •Partner cross-functionally with transplant surgeons, physicians, intensivists, and APPs across adult and pediatric programs. •Support quality, operational efficiency, and program expansion.
