Qualifications: •Master's Degree of an approved program leading to eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant •Current Florida PA license - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment •Certification by The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCPAA) - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment •American Heart Association (AHA) BLS - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment •American Heart Association (AHA) PALS - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment •Pediatric Urgent Care or Pediatric Emergency Department experience preferred. •Able to work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights with varying shifts. •Able to work independently and collaboratively with other disciplines using discretion and independent judgement. •Able to recognize subtle changes in patient's condition and to adapt care based on those changes. •Able to interpret, adapt and react calmly under stressful conditions.
