Hiring: Advanced IoT Tech (DMMI) Company: DENSO Location: Battle Creek, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-02 17:57:19 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: IoT Applications, Lot Trace Management, Warehouse Management Systems, Andon Systems, IT/OT Infrastructure, SQL Queries, API, Server, Network, Gateway Devices, Database, Networking (Sub-netting, IP Addressing, VLANs), Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Incident Management, Ticketing Systems, Grafana, Graylog, Sysinternals, Manufacturing Processes, Documentation & Training Experience: - High school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience required - Preferred: Associate's Degree in a relevant field, relevant certifications, and 3+ years of experience - 24/7 on-call emergency support rotation required - Up to 15% North America travel required - Core Hours: 12:00am–8:30am Required Skills: - In-depth knowledge of IoT applications to analyze and correct issues with manufacturing lot trace management systems - Ability to determine if problems are code-related and escalate to Development staff - Strong analysis and repair skills for complex, highly integrated IT/OT systems - Proficiency with SQL queries for complex searches and part information retrieval - Experience with tools such as Sysinternals, Grafana, and Graylog - Knowledge of networking technologies and terminologies including sub-netting, IP addressing, VLANs, and troubleshooting - Ability to analyze and resolve server issues related to CPU/memory usage and services - Coordination of incident resolution activities for IoT systems - Creation of tables for new products in lot trace management systems - Proper use of ticketing systems to respond to and document customer requests - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong commitment to customer service Qualifications: - Understanding of manufacturing processes and their relation to IoT applications (lot trace management, warehouse management systems, Andon systems, etc.) - In-depth understanding of IT/OT infrastructure systems and tools - Ability to coordinate activity with other internal groups dependent on or providing input to OT systems - Relational understanding of and ability to analyze and correct system issues related to API, server, network, gateway devices, and database - Knowledge of OT systems utilized in manufacturing environments as related to IoT data - Excellent analytical skills with ability to independently evaluate and develop innovative solutions to complex problems - Ability to develop documentation, create training plans, and conduct training for Helpdesk and other support staff - Ability to clearly communicate current conditions, actions taken, and next steps to chain of command and stakeholders - Ability to coordinate root cause identification and countermeasure implementation for prolonged incidents - A resume is required to be considered for this position Compensation: Not specified Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
