Required Skills: •Communicate status and technical content to CIPT •Perform Control Account Manager duties for task: Track progress, identify and resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to project budget and schedules to ensure smooth project operations. •Integrate and manage sourcing activities with procurement, industrial, and manufacturing team members and the internal/external supply chain. Also coordinate timely creation/release of product definition. •Lead risk assessments and risk mitigation planning as well as actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement •Demonstrated strong team leadership skills. •Excellent communication skills, including verbal, technical writing, and engineering presentations to all levels of management. •Aerospace/ jet engine industry experience, previous gas turbine compressor experience and design development experience is highly desirable •Working proficiency with MS Office, Teamcenter, MS Project, Experience in Agile Project Management, including Scrum and Kanban. Experience working with Jira software package. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ of engineering experience OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience •Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
