Required Skills: •Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, processes, and opportunities for AI adoption. •Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and expected return on investment. •Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable requirements for AI and technology teams. •Develop business cases, feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives. •Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, including: User stories, Acceptance criteria, Process flows, Business rules, Data Reporting and analytics requirements. •Work with data scientists and engineers to define AI model objectives, success criteria, evaluation metrics, and data needs. •Support the design and implementation of AI-powered products, workflows, chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive models, and automation solutions. •Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation. •Facilitate workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings. •Create process maps, journey maps, wireframes, use cases, and solution documentation. •Define test scenarios and support user acceptance testing to confirm that AI solutions meet business and user expectations.
