You’ll work in a environment where your expertise will help shape a procurement function that is not only commercially strong but socially meaningful. •Assist W-2 participants in identifying and enrolling in appropriate educational programs including HSD/GED/HSED, ESL, and vocational training. •Conduct transcript reviews and assess educational history to determine eligibility and placement. •Develop individualized education plans aligned with employment and self-sufficiency goals. •Connect participants with community education providers and support services. •Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure program completion and workforce readiness. •Partner cross-functionally with FEPs and other staff to integrate education goals into the W-2 Individual Employment Plan (IEP). Qualifications: •Associate’s degree in education, Human Services, or related field. •Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult education, workforce development, or case management. •Knowledge of GED/HSED, ESL, and vocational training programs. •Strong communication and organizational skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems. •Bachelor’s degree in a related field. •Operational familiarity with local education providers and funding sources. •Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus. •Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
