Required Skills: •Support Workforce Suite implementations from planning through completion. •Gather client requirements and translate them into functional solutions. •Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, and workforce management modules. •Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets. •Coordinate resources to keep projects on schedule. •Assess existing configurations and identify optimization opportunities. •Support integrations with payroll, HR/HCM, ERP, and other systems. •Develop and perform testing, including SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel testing.
