Required Skills: •Lead architecture, configuration, and governance of Windows and macOS endpoint environments. •Own enterprise endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Jamf) and drive modern device management initiatives. •Oversee the full device lifecycle including planning, procurement, provisioning, refresh, and decommissioning. •Serve as Tier 3 escalation point and mentor junior team members. •Manage endpoint security controls including EDR, patch compliance, encryption, and configuration hardening. •Administer advanced identity and access management tasks across Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra), and Microsoft 365. •Partner with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to implement secure and scalable endpoint standards. •Lead endpoint-related projects, upgrades, and process improvements Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. •Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf. •Thorough understanding of identity and access management - AD, Azure AD (Entra), Conditional Access. •Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools. •Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues. •Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required. •Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future •Strong background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms. •Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
