Hiring: Administrator, Energy Efficiency Programs (SW) Hybrid Schedule Company: Eversource Energy Location: Berlin, CT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 14:56:22 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Salesforce About the job Experience: •Five (5) - six (6) years related experience required •Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. •Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary. •Build trusting relationships •Manage and develop people Required Skills: •Works directly with customers and contractors to provide accurate energy efficiency program information and guidance regarding program eligibility and participation requirements of various programs. •Collaborates with internal Wise Use team administrators on customer inquiries, application processing, and process improvements for seamless program participation. •Resolves customer inquiries coming in from the internal customer care team to ensure proper application processing, mailing applications, and following up with customers requiring additional assistance applying for our programs. •Assists with processing customer applications and invoices for State and federally funded offerings. •Reviews and processes invoices for the residential portfolio of energy efficiency programs adhering to payment processing rules and metrics. •Utilizes various company systems to verify customer data and project information to establish customers and projects for appropriate energy efficiency solutions. •Represents Eversource in a professional manner through effective written and verbal communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. •Analyze customer income to qualify them for various programs.
