Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1. •Operational familiarity with LC-MS bioanalytical platforms and software (e.g., Analyst, Watson) and CRO data delivery workflows. •Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and meet deliverable timelines. •Proficiency with data management tools and systems such as Mobius/Inventa, SAP Fiori, Smartsheet, and/or other applicable applications. •Operational familiarity with RRL data loading workflows and enterprise scientific data platforms. •Demonstrated capacity to produce high-quality written documentation including SOPs, job aids, reports, and executive-level summaries. •Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, organization, and follow-through on commitments. •Proficient written and spoken English language skills, including effective verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
