Required Skills: •With strong expertise in reserving and loss analysis •. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with property & casualty insurance data, developing reserve estimates, and providing actuarial insights to support business and financial decisions. •Perform P&C loss reserving and estimate ultimate losses using actuarial methodologies. •Analyze claims, loss development, and historical trends to identify emerging patterns and risks. •Develop and maintain IBNR and case reserve estimates. •Perform reserve analysis using methods such as Chain Ladder, Bornhuetter-Ferguson, and Cape Cod. •Partner with Claims, Finance, Underwriting, and other business teams on actuarial analysis. •Prepare actuarial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
