We're looking for an to join our growing finance team and play a key role in managing customer accounts, driving collections, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices. •This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research, or professional services •Manage and monitor assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. •Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on account risk and delinquency. •Contact customers via phone and email to secure payment commitments and resolve overdue invoices. •Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing disputes, unapplied cash, short payments, and account reconciliation issues. •Maintain accurate collection documentation and account records within ERP systems. •Partner cross-functionally with Billing, Business Development, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues affecting customer payments. Qualifications: •Three or more years of Accounts Receivable and commercial collections experience. •In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable processes, collections practices, and account reconciliation. •Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. •What Will Make You Successful •Customer-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills. •Persistent, professional, and confident when managing collections. •Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. •Able to balance customer service with sound financial judgment.
