Required Skills: •Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and receivables. •Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts. •Follow up on past-due balances via phone, email, and other collection methods. •Research and resolve billing discrepancies and delayed payments. •Maintain accurate documentation of collection activity and customer communication. •Assist with transitioning customers from check payments to ACH. •Support billing and additional AR activities as needed.
