Required Skills: •Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time. •Manage billing processes and resolve invoice discrepancies. •Research customer accounts to identify and resolve payment issues. •Reconcile account balances and investigate variances. •Monitor outstanding receivables and support collection efforts. •Respond to customer and vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status. •Maintain accurate customer and vendor records. •Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing and payment processes.
