Qualifications: •High school diploma or G.E.D. required. •Minimum of two years of clerical, administrative, accounting, or related experience. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. •Excellent organizational and time-management skills. •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to follow established processes and procedures while exercising sound judgment when resolving discrepancies. •Understanding of basic internal controls and the importance of maintaining accurate financial records. •Previous experience with AS400 or similar accounts payable/ERP systems. •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
