Required Skills: •Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and investment vehicles. •Oversee the preparation and review of GAAP-compliant financial statements, including consolidation and intercompany eliminations. •Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and resolution of audit findings. •Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. •Partner with the deal teams, treasury, and legal to support transaction execution and post-close accounting. •Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and senior leadership on financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives. •Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP upgrades and reporting automation. •Support regulatory reporting and compliance.
