Required Skills: •Revelation Biosciences, Inc. is a clinical-stage life sciences company focused on rebalancing inflammation using its proprietary formulation, Gemini. •Revelation has multiple ongoing programs to evaluate Gemini as a treatment for acute kidney injury, a treatment of chronic kidney disease, prevention of post-surgical infection, and a treatment to reduce hyperinflammation and infection associated with severe burn. •Review and/or prepare journal entries, including supporting calculations, across various accounts, such as payroll, R&D and G&A accruals, AP cutoff, warrant liabilities, prepaids, and fixed assets. •Perform month-end Balance Sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving all discrepancies promptly. •Prepare, process, and record JEs for SBC granted and subsequent vesting. •Evaluate and calculate accounting memos and related JEs for any new financings, including recording of related effects on Equity such as par value and APIC. •Review and/or prepare monthly journal entries for P&L divisions and class allocations. •Prepare reconciliation of equity related accounts [KJ1] and calculate Basic and Diluted EPS.
