Required Skills: •Lead and manage daily accounting operations and month-end close processes for operational areas. •Monitor and analyze accounting data; review monthly and quarterly GL account variance analyses. •Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. •Review and prepare schedules and reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors; assist with audits of financial statements and disclosures. •Support accounting requirements for new products, services, and system enhancements. •Drive improvements and automation initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality. •Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements for financial institutions. •CPA license or MBA strongly preferred. •Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments. •Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and automation tools is a plus. •Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management and cross-functional teams. •Banking or financial services experience preferred. •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. •Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
