Required Skills: •Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting team, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll functions. •Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies. •Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. •Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards. •Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. •Ensure compliance with FAA, DCAA, SOX, and other applicable regulatory frameworks as related to financial operations. •Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and variance analysis. •Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions in coordination with the CFO.
