This role offers the opportunity to lead key accounting functions, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to financial reporting and operational excellence across a complex business environment. •Lead month-end close activities and oversee the preparation of financial reporting packages. •Manage, mentor, and develop a small accounting team. •Maintain strong internal controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. •Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support reporting requirements and business objectives. •Oversee audits, consolidations, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and other core accounting activities. •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting effectiveness. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience leading accounting teams and managing the financial close process. •Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting expertise. •Advanced Excel skills; experience with large ERP systems is preferred. •Public accounting experience is highly valued. •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA preferred. •What you get in return •A competitive salary up to $140k with bonus, benefits, PTO, 401k, and much more!!
