Required Skills: •Own and maintain the integrity of the plant's general ledger and underlying financial records. •Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required deliverables. •Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and other close-related transactions. •Review balance sheet accounts and ensure reconciling items are identified, researched, and resolved timely. •Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded, classified, supported, and maintained in accordance with GAAP and PCC accounting policies. •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, schedules, and reporting packages. •Investigate unusual transactions, account activity, and financial variances and ensure appropriate resolution. •Maintain appropriate accounting documentation and supporting records to ensure financial information remains accurate and audit-ready. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work primarily in an office environment with regular interaction throughout manufacturing operations. •Demonstrated capacity to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and manufacturing areas. •Frequent computer use and extended periods of data analysis and document review. •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to safely enter manufacturing areas and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
