Required Skills: •Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows across Accounting, Finance, and operational functions to materially reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate time-to-close. •Automate reconciliations, journal entries, accrual calculations, and close processes to create a more efficient and scalable monthly and quarterly close. •Integrate AI across financial and operational systems (ERP, POS, inventory, FP&A tools, data warehouses) to improve data integrity, consistency, and real-time visibility. •Design intelligent workflows that transform finance from a periodic reporting function into a continuous, real-time operating platform. •Own and maintain existing AI and automation workflows ensuring ongoing reliability, performance, and audit readiness. •Continuously improve automated processes supporting AP accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, lease accounting, intercompany, and other complex accounting areas. •Monitor AI workflow performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability. •Establish standardized automation frameworks that can be deployed consistently across multiple business units and entities. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science required. •In-depth knowledge of data structures, data quality, and system integrations across finance and operational systems. •Proven ability to analyze and redesign processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally across Finance, IT, and Operations. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. •Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools. •This role requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. •The posted compensation range reflects the potential range for this role across multiple U.S. markets.
