Required Skills: •Serving as the agency expert in the Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation Division. •Managing detailed single- and multi-year work plans for business cycles and for exercising broad judgment, discretion, and initiative. •Developing new approaches to existing systems and programs, ensuring accountability and audit readiness/sustainment. •Providing expert guidance to Enterprise Business Cycle Owners and other Process Cycle Integrators in conducting compliance reviews of DLA end-to-end (E2E) processes against federal laws. •Assisting the Director in managing and coordinating the J8 Risk Management and Internal Control Program and conducting compliance reviews of DLA end-to-end (E2E) processes against federal laws, DoD, and DLA policy. •Supporting Enterprise Business Cycle Owners and Process Cycle Integrators by developing agency-wide internal control test plans that enable the Agency to produce auditable financial statements. •Advising DLA Process Owners on understanding and implementing risk management and internal control policies and procedures.
