Required Skills: •Assist team with the month end closing process as it pertains to general ledger accounting for domestic entities. •Prepare, park, and save journal entries in SAP. •Prepare, monitor and maintain monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure all revenue related, ASC 842 lease-related and other GL accounts are appropriately reviewed and approved on a timely basis by designated reviewers and approvers. •Maintain and manage Contract Lease Management module in SAP. •Assist in the preparation of support for quarterly financial statements including statement of cash flow support schedules. •Coordinate and gather information from team members and prepare interim and year-end audit schedules as requested by the external auditors. •Assist with internal controls walkthrough and testing. •Assist in the design and execution of effective internal controls to ensure appropriate accounting treatment is applied to all company transactions. Qualifications: •This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes •Four-year bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with an emphasis in accounting. •Minimum of two years of relevant accounting or finance experience. •Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. •Strong attention to detail and ability to meet month-end and quarter-end close and reporting deadlines. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. •The Following Skills and Attributes Are Preferred •Operational familiarity with month-end close, audit support, and financial statement preparation.
