Required Skills: •Donaldson is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical •Conduct AP liability reviews to ensure proper cutoff and completeness, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal partners. •Prepare and review inventory‑related account reconciliations, ensuring alignment between the subledger and general ledger. •Support excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory analysis, including reserve calculations, variance explanations, and quarterly operational reviews. •Complete intercompany receivable and payable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of differences. Collaborate with domestic and international affiliates to confirm settlements. •Assist with month‑end revenue cutoff procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and proper revenue recognition. •Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation for monthly financial close activities. •Maintain assigned balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with internal control standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. •2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in operations, manufacturing, or corporate accounting. •Operational familiarity with intercompany processes in multi‑entity organizations. •Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions. •Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger structure. •Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, EPM, or similar). •Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. •This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
