Required Skills: •Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. •Act as the main point of contact for clients using our Document Management, VoIP and Managed Network services, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. •Track and manage sales activities, forecast revenue, and maintain an organized pipeline to meet quotas. •Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of all ITg services. Address any post-deployment issues and provide troubleshooting support. •Manage a portfolio of client accounts, monitoring contract renewals, performance metrics, and overall satisfaction. •Work closely with clients to understand their evolving business needs, and recommend additional IT solutions, Document Management features, or VoIP upgrades to improve their operations. •Translate technical solutions into understandable terms for non-technical clients, ensuring they are comfortable with their systems and maximizing their usage.
