Required Skills: •Partner closely with Sales, Sales-Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, Service and other cross functional extended teams coordinating related to specific customer sales opportunities or requirements, implemented to meet commercial goals. •Ensure that key stakeholders are fully engaged in and aligned with the customer's expectations, progress, and emerging risks. •Project Management & Control •Drive accountability throughout the organization in meeting customer expectations. •Develop and maintain strategic customer plans and status reports, engage cross-functional teams to provide needed analyses, direct customers to the appropriate products and solutions, and escalate issues to leadership. •Flexible during times of change.
