Required Skills: •Works with blueprints, purchase orders, quotes to provide pricing, enters new orders or changes existing ones. •Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customer contacts. •Interact with manufacturing and supervisory personnel to communicate information back to the customer. Written and oral communication skills are used on a daily basis to facilitate customer or Company concerns, instructions or requests. •Enter, follow and manage quotations. Respond to RFQ’s (Request for Quotation) •Enter, follow and manage customer orders •Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a sense of urgency. •Deal directly with TTM Production Control to obtain accurate and timely information. •Navigate and utilize TTM’s Praxa business system Qualifications: •Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education & work experience.
