Required Skills: •Sales and Business Development •Identify, develop, and support renewable energy sales opportunities within assigned markets, territories, and customer segments. •Partner with Account Managers, branch sales teams, and sales leadership to expand renewable energy sales within new and existing customer accounts. •Support opportunities involving commercial and utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems, EV charging infrastructure, and related technologies. •Build and maintain productive relationships with electrical contractors, solar contractors, engineering, procurement, and construction firms, developers, utilities, manufacturers, and end users. •Meet customers to understand project requirements, business objectives, timelines, and technical needs. •Recommend products and solutions that align with customer specifications, project requirements, and business goals. •Support new business development, customer retention, account expansion, and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications: •Work is performed in a combination of office, branch, customer, and project-site environments. •Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use a computer and other standard office equipment. •Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or move through active project environments. •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds. •Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. •Demonstrated capacity to travel by automobile or air, as needed, to support customers, projects, branches, vendors, training programs, and industry events. •Customer and project-site visits may require the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. •Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. •Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
