Hiring: Account Manager - Power and Renewables Company: Lockton Location: Houston, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:27:47 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Required Skills: •Services designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administration •Responds to Client’s inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions •Supports implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up account in internal systems, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Client and Carrier •Gathers and compiles exposure information from the Client, including compiling loss-run schedules and client stratifications •Requests and collects quotes (new and renewal) from carriers •Audits quotes, binders, and endorsements and makes requests for changes as needed •Processes audits and creates audit analysis for Client •Receives policy, then updates and completes policy check to ensure completeness Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent •Typically three to seven years of Client services experience is required •Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, and proactively identifies tasks and follows through to completion without constant direction •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) •Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required •Understands industry trends and governmental regulations •Demonstrated capacity to complete continuing education requirements as needed •Demonstrated capacity to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions •Demonstrated capacity to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information •Demonstrated capacity to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
