Required Skills: •The Account Manager oversees maintenance crews, customer relationships, and branch operation s for assigned commercial accounts. Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experience. •Lead and manage daily operations of assigned crews, coordinating shared resources with other Account Managers. •Build strong customer relationships through communication, regular site visits, and proactive problem-solving. •Allocate resources effectively, including scheduling, crew assignments, equipment needs, and repairs. •Support crew leaders with horticulture training, equipment maintenance, instructions, and resolving labor conflicts. •Maintain a safe working environment for employees, clients, and the public. •Identify opportunities for enhancement services and coordinate successful project execution within budget and timeline. •Track and report team hours, expenses, and additional sales weekly. Qualifications: •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. •Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership skills. •Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (or equivalent industry experience).
