Required Skills: •Site Leadership & Regional Oversight •Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management to Site Supervisors across all assigned client locations. •Ensure operational consistency, standardized workflows, and adherence to TMG and client policies across the region. •Conduct regular virtual meetings or site visits, audits, and performance reviews to maintain high service levels and identify improvement opportunities. •Serve as the primary regional point of escalation for client concerns, service issues, and operational challenges. •Operational Management •Oversee daily mailroom, shipping/receiving, package distribution, and supply logistics across multiple sites. •Ensure accurate processing, routing, forwarding, and tracking of all inbound/outbound packages and mail. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED required. •Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred. •Bachelor's degree strongly preferred for regional‑level leadership (but not required if experience is strong). •Four to six years of experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, logistics, or distribution operations. •Two-three years of experience in a supervisory or multi‑site leadership role (Site Supervisor, Operations Lead, Assistant Manager, or Regional Lead). •Proven success managing teams across multiple locations or large, complex sites. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and support physical mailroom or warehouse tasks when needed. •Demonstrated capacity to travel as needed local sites in TX •Understanding of dock safety, material handling, and medical‑supply compliance protocols. •Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple client locations.
