If you are ready for your work to matter, we are ready to hear from you! •We are currently growing our team of Artisans with an Account Manager, Rizon . •This role will be based out of the Clear Lake, TX area. This role is responsible for a semi-dedicated customer to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically, and safely in Refineries, Petrochemical, and terminals while exemplifying RTI’s Mission and Core Behaviors. •Manage chemical programs to maximize the safety, reliability, and profitability of our customers’ assets. •Implement Performance Management tools, set targets, and monitor the contingency plan for each application •Routine service visits and lab/field testing as outlined in the customer contract to ensure KPI’s (key performance indicators) are being met, generate service reports, and maintain inventory records. •Assist with technical issues and make improvements in products, processes, and procedures Qualifications: •Review and approve teams vacation requests, expense reports, stipends, etc. •Challenge team with new responsibilities and continuing education •Serve as a lead for training •Evaluate safety performance of direct reports regularly. •Ensure that effective JSAs are completed and reviewed. •Provide onsite safety liaison for projects in his/her control. •Complete Incident Reports and participate in cause findings and corrective action. •Communicate weekly and incidental Safety Briefs with direct reports. •Communicate all safety notifications upward and downward through his/her organization. •A minimum of five years process engineering or operations at a refinery or chemical plant Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
