Hiring: Account Executive - Core Company: Addepar Location: Mountain View, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:11:34 Target Skills & Keywords : SaaS, Salesforce, Wealth Management, Zoom About the job Experience: •4+years of experience in software or SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota Required Skills: •Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment. •Develop and execute a territory plan to identify, qualify, and close new business within a named account list of RIAs, Family Offices, and Multi-Family offices (up to $1.5B in Assets under management) •Own the full sales cycle on deals from initial outreach and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close •Aggressively prospect and build a pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound lead follow-up •Conduct compelling product demonstrations that connect Addepar’s platform capabilities to each prospect’s specific operational challenges •Engage decision-makers at the VP and C-suite level, including COOs, CTOs, and firm principals •Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast in Salesforce, with consistent hygiene and timely updates •Partner with Pre-sales and Client Success to engage smooth handoffs and a strong client experience through onboarding Qualifications: •Proven ability to run a structured sales process end-to-end, including discovery, demo, and close •Comfortable engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders in financial services firms •Applied hands-on capability in Salesforce for pipeline and activity management •Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal •Proficiency with web conferencing tools •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment •Bachelor’s degree •Intellectual curiosity about fintech and wealth management - you want to understand the industry, not just sell into it •Coachability and a growth mindset; you actively seek feedback and apply it •A competitive drive balanced with a collaborative, team-first attitude Compensation: •$108,000 - $120,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
