Required Skills: •Support Client Relationships & Day-to-Day Account Management •Partner closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to artists, management, and internal teams. Support Account Managers through proactive communication, meeting coordination, follow-up, and execution across touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, and licensing initiatives. •Actively facilitate and support planning and execution of merchandising and commerce initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating product launches, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through completion while contributing ideas that enhance the fan experience. •Support Project Coordination & Product Development •Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of merchandise projects, including product setup, approvals, artwork routing, placing orders, sample tracking, inventory coordination, and launch readiness. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all project details are organized and executed on schedule. •Coordinate Cross-Functional Communication & Operational Excellence •Serve as a key point of coordination between creative, production, finance, touring, e-commerce, retail, and external partners. Ensure information is communicated clearly, action items are tracked, new clients onboarded, and processes are followed to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.
