For more information, please visit www.bydeluxe.com. •We currently have an opening for Account Coordinator. •The position will be a hybrid role in Burbank, CA. •Monitor and evaluate day-to-day order-management tasks related to title releases. •Manage order queue and responsible for timely order processing. •Create and distribute secure access to theatrical engagements through KDM processing. •Create and analyze reports to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. •Respond effectively to unforeseen challenges and ensure operational processes aren't hindered in the face of evolving circumstances. Qualifications: •Collaborative team player with strong focus on teamwork. •Proficient in managing information across diverse tech platforms. •Reliable, flexible and skilled at multi-tasking, work effectively under pressure and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. •Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, order processing, project management, and database software's. •Strong analytical skills to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. •Efficient in managing time and tasks effectively. •Strong desire for continued learning. •Positive attitude with the ability to remain professional in high stress situations. •Solid technical understanding of the post-production industry a plus. •If you're an independent thinker with a high level of ingenuity and the above qualifications, then we'd like you to join our team!
